Dr. Marilyn Nelson is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Invicta Global Partner, LLC and serves on the company’s board of directors. Prior to becoming CEO in November 2020, Marilyn served as Global Head of Customer Success at DXC Technology for ServiceNow. Previously, she was an Executive Director for KPMG Australia, leading the ServiceNow practice for Asia Pacific and Japan market.
Outside of Invicta Global Partner, LLC, Marilyn is an industry leader on topics including strategic software implementations, ServiceNow, organizational innovation, digital transformations, technology’s impact on business, and inclusion and diversity.
In 2020, Dr Nelson received the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement award and top 50 distinguished women by the Wall Street Journal.
Dr Nelson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University, a Masters of Education from Phoenix University, a Masters of Business Administration from Jack Welch School of Management, a Masters of Philosophy from the University of Oxford (UK), a Doctorate of Philosophy in Organizational and International Leadership from the University of Bradford (UK) and a Doctorate of Education from the University of Phoenix.
